About our Supper Clubs

Every month we will be hosting Spanish evenings at Casa Brindisa in South Kensington, offering our customers a one-off themed special menu at a great value set price.

Usually the evening will involve a talk or demonstration from one of our in-house experts or chefs, as well as tutored tastings, often linked with one of our wine suppliers. The evenings are themed around seasonal ingredients or products.

March Supper Club Tutored Tasting: Spanish Charcuterie

Spain is famous for its cooking chorizo and its air cured hams. Join us to go beyond these classics and discover the cured charcuterie that has formed an everyday part of the Spanish diet for generations.

We will talk and taste our way through the difference between serrano and ibérico charcuterie as well as the variety of styles available, from cecina, cured beef; salchichon, Spanish salami; and lomo, pork loin. Find out about the regional variations on charcuterie recipes, what to look for when you buy and how to serve them.
